POLICIES

  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of Training Services will be done through the website or directly with the trainer. All training session dates and times will be scheduled before the session or of the package commences.

  • All Personal Training Session Packages must be pre-purchased.

  • All Personal Training Packages and sessions must be pre-paid in full prior to training. Upon completion of a package, if you would like to continue training you must purchase a new package before resuming training.

  • Purchase of a package does NOT guarantee the discounted rate per session for future trainings. Must purchase another package to keep discounted session rate.

  • Late Policy- Please be on time for all appointments. Training sessions that start late due to a client's late arrival will end one-hour from the original planned start time.

  • Late Policy– The session will be non-refundable in the event the client is 15+ minutes late in arriving to the session without informing the trainer (by text or phone). It will be considered a no-show and the session will be considered forfeited.

  • We ask that cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. If it occurs within 12 hours of the session, the session will be forfeited.

  • In the event a session is cancelled by the trainer, the session will NOT result in a lost session credit and can be rolled over.

  • Scheduling of sessions is the responsibility of the client.
